Phase1 Entertainment’s mission is to support today’s aspiring vocalists and musicians. Our goal is to be the launching pad for the promising careers of soon-to-be well-known artists. At Phase1 Entertainment, we focus on providing artists with comprehensive training and education in all areas of the music industry. This includes, but is not limited to, music management, artist development, studio recording, distribution, marketing and promotion, and securing recording contracts with music labels.
Furthermore, Phase1 Entertainment supports artists by assisting with event promotion. We recognize the struggles musicians face in gaining recognition. As a result, in addition to artist development, we also specialize in promotions and marketing. After all, once an artist is ready to be seen and heard, there needs to be an appropriate audience, venue, or event.

We strive to handle all administrative and business items so that artists can focus on their creative and musical endeavors. Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any events rescheduled within 45 days of the original date will require full payment for perishable items. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
What is the process for managing guest invites?
Within our online guest management system, you’ll find a user-friendly “Invites” section. You can either manage it yourself or allow us to take care of it for you.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
